What it does:
Allows the user to release Genjutsu that are equal to, or less than their Genjutsu skill on themselves, or others. To discover if you are under a Genjutsu, you will need to do a sensory roll opposed to the casters stealth to see if you notice faults in the Genjutsu. For others, you may attempt a Genjutsu release should suspicion arise.
