What it does: After performing the necessary seals, the user creates up to 10 needles from a nearby water source and sends them flying at a target. The user swings their arm to manipulate the water from the water source and direct the needles at a target. If the water being used for this technique is poisoned, the effects are added to this technique. The following chakra stat determines the amount of needles created with a single use of this technique:
