Anyone that sees the feathers will begin to feel drowzy and serene, as if they were in a state of peace. This genjutsu begins to affect a target the instant they first see the feathers. These feathers fall for 4 posts. If a target does not perform the genjutsu release by the end of the 1st post they see the feathers, they will fall asleep and be rendered unconscious for the remainder of the topic. Of course, the target(s) have to first discern that this is a genjutsu before performing the release.
