What it does: The user combines their knowledge of ninjutsu, chemistry and medical knowledge to create a poisonous gas within their body which is then exhaled at a target area. The poison is extremely lethal, even inhaling the tiniest amount can prove to be fatal. The user begins by expelling the poison mist from their mouth in a 5 meter cone that begins to expand outward to form a circle 15 meters in diameter about 5 meters in front of the user. The mist will linger for 4 posts before dissipating, but can be blown away with the use of any wind technique with a power greater than 80. The user is unaffected by this technique since it was created within their body using their own chakra and bodily chemicals. Any target that breathes in this poison, even the tiniest amount, will begin to feel the affects immediately.

On the post they inhale the poison, they begin to feel lightheaded and sweat profusely, a fever begins to form. On the second post, their heart rate increases and their vision starts to blur. On the third post, the blurriness of vision becomes complete blindness and they have an extreme shortness of breath. On the fourth post, the affected target dies. If the target exits the thread before the Death post or before being healed, they will die.

The poisoned individual(s) can be saved with the use of the Delicate Illness Extraction technique, or other such means of extracting poison from within their bodies.
