Appearance: Leather jacket that covers the upper body and shoulders.
Backstory:
Flak jackets are standard amongst shinobi, being compact enough to not hinder them on missions, whilst giving them ample protection from attacks. Many different flak jackets exist, some denoting rank and made from higher grade leather, and some of different colors based upon village and terrain to aid in stealth.
