If the target of the genjutsu moves, the fireball will appear to be falling toward them. On the first post the fireball will appear above the user and on the 2nd post it will hit the ground and vanish, causing no damage. Targets affected by this genjutsu will feel the heat from the fireball as if it were actually real. Anyone within 20 meters of the user when this is activated will be affected.
