What it does: Allows the user to pull forth repressed or sealed memories. If fuinjutsu is used to seal the memories away, an unsealing technique of an equal level to the seal must be used before the memories will come forth. The target will be put in a trance and become compliant to all questions, retaining their own personality which might add some unique flavor to their answers. The target must either be willing, or properly restrained in order for this genjutsu to work.
