What it does:
Allows the user to break Fuinjutsu they come in physical contact, should their Fuinjutsu skill be at the same rank or higher. If one knows the Fuinjutsu they are trying to break themselves they may break it instantly upon making contact with it, should they not know the Fuinjutsu, it will take two full posts to break.
Certain Fuinjutsu may require you to know the jutsu to unseal, such Fuinjutsu including, but not limited to Demon Sealing Method.
