What it does: Creates a mist from the moisture in the air, pre-existing water sources, or expelled from the user's mouth. The mist can be as thick or as thin as the user wishes. Due to being completely infused with the user's chakra, it makes sensing the user within the mist nearly impossible. Chakra sensing doujutsu would only see brightly colored mist surrounding them whereas the byakugan specifically can not be fooled by the mist and can see clearly through it.
Any wind element technique with a damage of 20 or higher can blow away the mist.
User gains +1 Stealth while inside the mist. Anyone else inside the mist loses -1 Sensory
